Chip Miller has been on the ministerial staff of FPC since 1987 and became the Senior Pastor in 1994. He grew up in Alabama and attended the University of Alabama where he met his wife, Barbara. He attended Reformed Theological Seminary and has served churches in Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, and Arkansas as well as having been a Campus Minister with Reformed University Fellowship. Chip and Barbara have five children and seven grandchildren.

Eric Ashley is our pastor to young adults. He grew up in south Georgia and attended Mercer University where he earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering and was very involved in RUF. He did youth ministry both in Macon and in Greenville, SC for almost 5 years after college.  During that time he met his wife, Annette, a graduate of Valdosta State University and Campus Outreach staff member. Eric received a Master of Divinity degree from Covenant Theological Seminary. Eric and Annette have three children, Nathan, Naomi and Jude.

John serves as an assistant pastor with responsibilities to the senior adult congregation.  He and his wife, Pat, have three adult children.

John has served as a church planter and as a counselor to numerous churches in transition. He is a native of South Florida.
